Hello, I’m Denise! If you can’t tell by looking at my website, I like to make the process of buying and selling a home fun and enjoyable – and PERSONAL! After all, how much more personal can you get when talking about your home? I treat each one of my clients as a real person, with feelings, emotions and needs. Of course, real estate can’t be all fun and games. I take my job very seriously and have extensive knowledge to help buyers and sellers achieve their greatest potential. I work hard every day to gain new knowledge through attending meetings and networking, in addition to home inspections and classes. I am an active, full time Realtor who can offer you that personalized service you deserve.

In our ever-changing world of technology, one thing that will never be replaced is good, old-fashioned, personal service.

I was raised in a small, 4th generation family owned company in downtown Canton, The Yohe Supply Co. It was there through working with my Dad, Grandpa and Brother that I realized the importance of hard work and honest dealings. I take great price in treating people right.

I am a graduate of GlenOak High School (1982) and Stark State College of Technology (1984). In earned my A.A.B. in Business Management Technology and graduated with High Distinction. I worked in the family Industrial Supply Business for 18 years before becoming a Realtor. My husband Dan and I have been active real estate investors/housing providers for 20 years.

I love working with people and love my job, and this is reflected in my business. Real Estate is my full-time job, and my dedication to real estate is long term. I cherish the wonderful relationships that I have developed with my clients. There is no greater reward to me than to be invited to a baby shower, wedding, or other happy event. It makes me feel great when a new customer is introduced to me by a past satisfied client. That’s what it’s all about.

My goal is to offer superior service to each and every client. I will listen and really understand and appreciate your needs, and I will design a customized plan to help you reach your goals.
